Ahmia Co. is committed to conducting business with integrity. If you have witnessed or suspect conduct that may violate our Code of Conduct & Ethics or our Supplier Code of Conduct — including bribery, corruption, environmental violations, forced or child labor, harassment, conflicts of interest, or breaches of international sanctions — you can report it here.
On anonymity: the Name and Email fields below are optional. If you leave them blank, your submission is sent without any identifying information and we have no way of contacting you back or determining who you are from the form itself. We are honest about the limits of this: email transmission relies on standard internet infrastructure, and no static-site form can offer cryptographic-grade anonymity. What we do guarantee is that we will never require your identity to act on a report, and we do not retaliate against good-faith whistleblowers, identified or not.

What Happens Next
- Every report is reviewed by Ahmia Co.'s Legal, Governance & Compliance area, independent of the commercial team;
- We do not retaliate against good-faith reports, whether identified or anonymous;
- If you left contact information, we may follow up for clarification, but you are never required to respond;
- Where appropriate, we implement corrective action plans with the parties involved, as described in our Codes of Conduct.
